EMERGING UK INVESTMENTS PLC ("EUKI" OR "THE COMPANY")

EUKI INVESTS IN SKIN HEALTH SPA PLC ("SHS")

The Board of EUKI is pleased to announce the acquisition of 769,585 Ordinary
shares of 5p each ("Shares") in Skin Health Spa plc from Catalyst Investment
Group Limited ("CIGL").

Skin Health Spa plc is an Ofex listed company and the purchase of the Shares
takes the number of 5p Ordinary shares held by EUKI to 1,174,991. The Shares
were purchased at 12.9p per share.

Under the terms of the share purchase agreement, the purchase price of the
Shares is #99,276 which is payable to CIGL immediately upon the sale of the
Shares by EUKI to a third party.

The Board expects to realise this investment within the next few months which is
expected to increase the cash resources of the Company, which should allow the
Company to make further investments.

As Mr Renwick Haddow is a director of both EUKI and a director of CIGL,
and a shareholder with 29.00% shares in CIGL, and CIGL has a shareholding of
47.50% in EUKI,  the transaction is Related Party under the AIM Rules.
Accordingly, Messrs Richard Henstock and Andrew Moore confirm that having
consulted EUKI's Nominated Adviser, the transaction is fair and reasonable
insofar as the shareholders of the Company are concerned.
