EUKI announces the sale of 627,332 ordinary shares on 30 June 2005 in Skin
Health Spa plc ("Skin Health"), an investee company whose shares are traded on
Ofex. The Company raised #156,833 in total, or #117,624 net of expenses and the
book value of the investee company holding has been reduced by #89,498. The
Company now holds 400,066 ordinary shares or 3.25% of the issued share capital
of Skin Health.

The proceeds of this sale will be used by the Company to invest in further
pre-IPO opportunities and for general working capital purposes.
