             Emerging UK Investments plc ("EUKI" or "the Company")

           Part Disposal of an investment in Consolidated Vending plc


The Company is pleased to announce that it has sold 4,687,891 shares at 3p per
share in Consolidated Vending plc. This sale resulted in net proceeds to the
Company of #110,795 after commission and costs. The Company still holds
4,625,410 shares which at 3p are valued at #138,762. The book value of the
remaining shares are #62,080 and the profit on disposal is #75,860. Consolidated
Vending plc was established in June 2006 to acquire the photo booth vending
business Snap Digital Ltd from 3i Group plc and the miniature toiletries vending
business Bfresh Ltd.

The Company are very pleased with the profits generated from this investment and
will look to reinvest some of the proceeds in new investment opportunities and
continue to look to add value to its current investment portfolio through
disposals and strategic acquisitions.
