             Emerging UK Investments plc ("EUKI" or "the Company")

                              Directors' Dealings

EUKI, the AIM listed investment company, was today informed that Renwick Haddow,
its Chairman, acquired 2,215,000 EUKI ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Shares")
on 20 September 2006. Renwick Haddow purchased the Shares as part of a
settlement agreement for a total consideration of #50,000 representing 2.25p per
share.

As a result of this exercise, Renwick Haddow will have a holding of 2,215,000
ordinary shares of 1p each, representing a holding of 23.29% in the Company's
issued share capital.
