Result of AGM and Name Change to WFCA

                 RESULT OF AGM AND CHANGE OF NAME TO WFCA PLC                  

Ekay plc (AIM: EKY, "Company" or "Group"), a leading regional advertising and
marketing agency, is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed
at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held yesterday were duly
passed.

As a result of these approvals, the Company's name will be changed to WFCA plc.
The Company is awaiting receipt of the change of name certificate from
Companies House. Once received, a further announcement will be made notifying
the date on which the change of name will become effective and at this time the
Company's investor relations website will be changed to www.wfca-ir.co.uk. The
Company's ISIN will remain as GB00B0NL6B21 and the EPIC will be changed to
WFCA.L.

Amongst the resolutions passed the Company has put in place a facility to buy
back a maximum of 15,707,500 of the Company's shares at a minimum price of 1p
per share and a maximum price of 105 per cent. of the closing price on the 5
preceding days.
