                             Dividend Announcement                             

Further to the announcements of Ekay plc (the "Company") on 2nd and 30th
January 2007, and since the AGM notice did not give notice of a resolution
regarding the payment of the final dividend of 0.3 pence (net) per ordinary
share of 1p in the Company (the "Dividend"), the Directors of the Company have
resolved that the Dividend is to be made and paid as an interim dividend. The
record date (26 January 2007) and payment date (16 February 2007) for the
dividend remain as previously announced.
