          Further investment cements presence in the Channel Islands           

Ekay PLC ("Ekay" or the "Company"), the advertising and marketing agency
specialising in the SME market, which acquired the Channel Islands' leading
advertising and marketing company, Wallace Barnaby & Associates Ltd ("Wallace
Barnaby") in November 2006 (together the "Group"), announces the acquisition of
Guernsey based Campaign Management Associates Limited ("CMA").

Acquisition of CMA was through a cash consideration of £245,000, of which 75%
is deferred until December 2007, based on performance. For the 12 months ended
31 October 2006, CMA achieved an unaudited net profit of £30,691 on unaudited
sales of £627,190. Net cash on account is currently at £30,000.

Wallace Barnaby is an advertising and marketing agency providing a number of
media related services including strategic planning, international media
buying, creative advertising solutions, event management, PR and online
marketing solutions.

CMA, established in 1981, provides public relations, event management, design
and print services to the public and private sectors in the Channel Islands and
the UK. The majority of business activity is focused on event management. CMA
has a strong client list and is responsible for many of the major events run in
Jersey and Guernsey, with several new contracts recently signed. Integration
with Wallace Barnaby will significantly add to their PR capacity and marketing
programme, while allowing for new opportunities as well as access to available
resources from the enlarged group.
