Further to the market update announcement on 21 November 2019, the Board of Directors of EIH is pleased to announce, that following the receipt of a distribution from Evolvence India Fund ("EIF") of US$ 0.9 million, the Board has resolved to make a capital distribution of US$0.01 per share, equivalent to approximately US$ 0.645 million, to shareholders (the "Distribution").

It is intended that the Distribution will be paid on 24 January 2020 to shareholders recorded on the register at the close of business on 17 January 2020. The shares will be marked ex on 16 January 2020.
