Ei Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 22 March 2018, in accordance with the authority given to the Company by its shareholders and pursuant to a share repurchase programme with Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch the following ordinary shares:
