Cairo, May 29^th, 2024: EFG Holding Board of Directors convened on Wednesday 29/05/2024 at 1:00 p.m. (CLT) and:

 

1.   EFG Holding Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Marwan Elaraby, as member of the Board of EFG Holding and the committees on which he served.
