CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION OF SECURITIES TO TRADING ON AIM
Further to the announcement released on 10 June 2011 regarding the wholly unconditional offer for ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Pearson plc ("Pearson"), the Company notifies shareholders that, at the request of Pearson, an application to the London Stock Exchange has been made to cancel its trading facility on AIM with effect from 7:00am on 13 July 2011.
The delisting and cancellation of trading of EDI Ordinary Shares will significantly reduce the liquidity and marketability of any EDI Ordinary Shares not acquired by Pearson.
