Portfolio Update

Further to the portfolio update announcement made on 23 August 2022, the Company has been informed that the board of Festicket Limited been unable to find a satisfactory solution to the company's trading difficulties and have filed a notice of intention to appoint an administrator.

The Company will be releasing a net asset value as at close of business on 31 August 2022 and will write the value of Festicket Limited down to Nil. In the published net asset value at 29 July 2022, Festicket was valued at GBP4.69m, representing approximately 35.6% of the total net asset value of the Company.

Having taken account of the write down in Festicket, and based on the net asset value as at 31 July 2022, the H shares continues to deliver an excellent performance. Over a five-year period assuming the receipt of a 30% tax credit, H Shareholders have received a return of 3.14x, (2.2x without tax credit). Across the life of the Company, H Shareholders have a weighted average return across all allotments of 2.25x, assuming the 30% tax credit, (1.58x without tax credit).
