Portfolio Update
Further to the announcement made on 10th August 2022, the Board has been monitoring the situation at Festicket, the Company's holding in which, as at 29th July 2022, was valued at GBP4.69m, representing approximately 35.6% of the total net asset value of the Company.
While the Board believes that a significant write down in the valuation and subsequently the NAV may need to be made, talks are continuing and the amount of any impairment in value cannot yet be accurately determined. Once the outcome of these discussions is clearer the Board will update the Company's Shareholders.
The recent share buyback calculation was determined by the latest available NAV, calculated on 29th July, based on the information known at the time.
The Investment Manager recognises the potential impact of this situation on Shareholders and to demonstrate its alignment with Shareholders, the Investment Manager has volunteered and intends to make a contribution to the Company.
