                                              EBT Mobile China plc ('EBT Mobile' or 'the Company'),

                                                                    Result of General Meeting


    On 22 October 2008, the Company announced its proposals, inter alia, to cancel the admission of its Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM
(the "De-Listing") and, prior to the De-listing, to purchase Ordinary Shares by way of the Tender Offer (as described in more detail in the
Circular posted to Shareholders on the same date).

    The Company announces that at its General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed. The Completion of the Tender Offer is
conditional upon the hearing by the Court to confirm the Capital Reduction expected to take place on 10 December, following which it is
expected that De-Listing will become effective by 17 December 2008. 

    The final date for receipt of Tender Forms and share certificates for certificated shares, and for settlement of transfer to escrow
account of tendered uncertificated Tender Offer Shares, is 4 December 2008, at 1:00pm.

    Capitalised terms in this announcement carry the same definition as in the circular sent to shareholders on 22 October 2008 unless
