    Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market "AIM" for 244,081 new ordinary shares of 0.1p
each to be admitted to trading on AIM.

    The new shares, which rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue have been issued pursuant to a service agreement signed on 8
February 2007 with Li Juanyan.

    Admission is expected to become effective on 9 December 2008.
