mailed out its Financial Statements and Management Discussion and Analysis for the year ended December 31, 2010 
as well as its Information Circular, Notice of Meeting and related proxy materials on May 16, 2011, in 
connection with the Company's annual general meeting to be held on June 9, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the Terminal
