requirements, that it has mailed out its Information Circular, Notice of Meeting and related proxy materials on
May 16, 2013, in connection with the Company's annual general meeting to be held on June 12, 2013 at 10:00 A.M.
in the Erickson Room, lobby level, 1075 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Copies of
