David Cohen surrendered a total of 3,925,000 options over ordinary shares of no par value, Robert Gayton surrendered a total of 600,000 options over ordinary shares of no par value, and Gordon Keep and Merfyn Roberts both surrendered a total of 400,000 options each over ordinary shares of no par value.
