VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb. 5, 2014) - Eastern Platinum Limited 
(TSX:ELR)(AIM:ELR)(JSE:EPS) ("Eastplats" or the "Company) announces that Mr. John Andrews has resigned as a 
director of Eastplats and its subsidiary companies. 
 
Mr. Andrews has served as a director of Eastplats since 2007, having been associated with Barplats and the 
Crocodile River Mine in South Africa at the time it was acquired by the Company in 2006. He has been 
instrumental in the recommissioning, ongoing operations and current care and maintenance of the Crocodile River 
Mine and was also closely involved in the development of the Company's Eastern Limb projects.

to the Company, particularly the operational evolution, very high technical standards and unrelenting focus on 
safety that he instilled in the operations. The Company's mine and projects are significantly better as a

to serve as a technical consultant to the Company.
