The directors of Eastbridge Investments Limited ("Eastbridge" or "Company") wish to clarify the interests of significant shareholders as set out in the announcement of the full year results on 30 June 2015.

The table of significant shareholders set out in that announcement and in the Company's audited accounts to 31 December 2014 published on the same day showed the interests of shareholders in the total issued share capital of Eastbridge, including those shares held in treasury. The relative interest in the voting rights of the Company is therefore higher than the ownership and thus the interests of disclosable shareholders as at 24 June 2015 is as set out below:

Note 1: these shares are held by the company in treasury and are reserved for issue against the exercise of the convertible loan note announced on 23 January 2015. As such these shares are considered to have no participation rights.

Note 2: As at 24 June the Company had a total of 221,927,735 ordinary shares of no par value in issue, of which 51,325,737 were held in treasury and accordingly the total number of voting rights in the Company at that time was 170,601,998. As at the date of this announcement the Company has a total of 233,421,987 ordinary shares of no par value in issue, of which 51,325,737 are held in treasury and accordingly the total number of voting rights in the Company is currently 182,096,250. This number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of Eastbridge under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
