The return of capital will be paid to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 June 2015 (the "Record Date"). The ex-date will be 11 June 2015. The B shares will be issued on 16 June 2015 (the "Issue Date"), redeemed on 17 June 2015 (the "Redemption Date") and settlement is intended to be effected on 18 June 2015. Payments of redemption monies are expected to be made either through CREST (in the case of shares held in uncertificated form) or by cheque (in the case of shares held in certificated form).

Anyone had their accounts credited with the 'B' shares, or even the tinkling sound of cash yet?

They launched fund 2 sometime ago, but it doesn't have a listed feeder fund.

SWEF and LBOW are similar, but are lending into a more competitive market than DREF lent into.

Anyone aware of plans for a follow-on fund? Or suggestions for something similiar?

Another loan realised explaining the delay in capital return. Loan 2 (mezz loan over office in Canary Wharf) which is the second largest remaining loan falls due in 1 month. This is like a high yielding multi-term deposit account, perhaps another 5-10% still to return over the next year at current price.

"The board of the Company is pleased to announce that the full repayment of all principal and accrued interest has been received on the Master Fund's UK Business Park loan (Loan 9), earning returns in-line with its investment criteria. The Company's share of proceeds realised by the Master Fund totals £2.0 million, equivalent to 2.79 pence per share.

...

The board has resolved to return an amount of 9.36 pence per share"

So dividend 1p. ROC unquantified & payment date unspecified.

Well that looks ok. Once you account for the B shares and the 1.25p dividend it looks like a gain of just over 1p over the quarter.

Co bought back 50000 shares at 34.75p today.

We're due an RNS regarding Div & ROC before end of month - only 4 trading days left so cutting it fine now.

Well - I'm not investing in anything at all until I see what happens after the Greek election. N.B. this policy may be a mistake!

As today's 35p BID was EX 14.15p distribution - we had quite a good day; effectively up from 47p BID to 49.15p BID - a rise of 4.6%...

Please correct me if I've got that wrong!
