Prior to this notification, the Directors below were interested in 2,281,003
ordinary shares held by D T & C Limited as Trustee of the D T & C Discretionary
Employee Benefit Trust which holds the shares in trust for group employees.

As a result of three participants of the Trust exercising 16,000 options over
ordinary shares on 7 October 2003 (4,000), 8 October 2003 (6,000) and 13 October
2003 (6,000) and subsequent transfers of shares on 13 October 2003 (4,000) and
today, 14 October 2003 (12,000) for a nil consideration, the Directors below
have today notified the following changes in their interests in the shares of
DTZ Holdings plc to the Company.
