that on 11th March 2003 it re-purchased, for cancellation,

49,000 Ordinary 10p Shares (representing

0.17% of the issued Ordinary capital), at the

price of 202p per Ordinary Share.

Settlement and cancellation of the re-purchased 49,000

Ordinary Shares is due on 14th March 2003 when
