          ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE FIRST HALF OF 2007


DP World Limited (the "Company") has made available the following information on
the website of the Dubai International Financial Exchange (the "DIFX") at http:/
/www.difx.ae: (i) the unaudited pro forma consolidated statements of income of
the Company for the year ended December 31, 2006 and the six months ended
June 30, 2007 and the unaudited pro forma consolidated balance sheet of the
Company as of June 30, 2007 (collectively, the "Unaudited Pro Forma Consolidated
Financial Information"), (ii) the unaudited condensed consolidated interim
financial statements of the Company as of and for the six months ended June 30,
2007 (the "Company Consolidated Financial Statements") and (iii) the unaudited
consolidated interim condensed financial statements of Dubai Ports Authority ("
DPA") as of and for the six months ended June 30, 2005 and 2006 (together with
the audited consolidated financial statements of DPA as of and for the years
ended December 31, 2004, 2005 and 2006 publicly available elsewhere, the "DPA
Consolidated Financial Statements").

The comparability of the historical financial information of DPA has been
significantly affected by the acquisitions of CSX World Terminals in
February 2005 and the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company ("P&O")
in March 2006. Similarly, the Company's historical and future results of
operations are not and will not be directly comparable to the historical
financial information of DPA principally because the DPA Consolidated Financial
Statements include the financial results of P&O for the period from March 9,
2006, the first day following the acquisition of P&O, through December 31, 2006
only, but also because the DPA Consolidated Financial Statements include the
financial results of the regulatory activities of DPA, which have not been and
will not be transferred to the Company.

In addition, the DPA Consolidated Financial Statements as of and for the six
months ended June 30, 2006 and the year ended December 31, 2006 and the Company
Consolidated Financial Statements as of and for the six months ended June 30,
2007 include the financial results of (i) P&O's UK ferry operating business and
its European road haulage and freight management business, (ii) P&O Ports North
America, Inc. and (iii) P&O's property development businesses, all of which have
been, or are in the process of being, disposed of or transferred by the Company.
