   The announcement by the Company released as HUG1734184 at 21:54 on 7 
October 2013 incorrectly stated the record date for the forthcoming 
dividend as 8 November 2013.  The record date should have been stated as 
11 November 2013. 
 
   The full corrected text of the announcement is as follows: 
 
   "Further to the announcement by the Company earlier today of proposals 
to merge with five other VCTs ("the Merger"), the Company announces the 
following declaration of dividends which are conditional upon the 
completion of the Merger: 
 
   Ordinary Shares   2.0p per share 
 
   'C' Shares     2.5p per share 
 
   Subject to approval of the Merger proposals by shareholders at the 
general meetings on 30 October 2013 and 12 November 2013 and the 
completion of the Merger, the dividends will be paid on 6 December 2013 
to shareholders on the register at 11 November 2013."
