On 11 July 2012, the Company proposed a final dividend of 2.5 pence per Ordinary
Share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2012. Subject to Shareholder
approval at the AGM on 17 September 2012, the dividend will be paid on 28
September 2012 to Ordinary Shareholders.
