DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

 

Tel-Aviv, Israel - August 31, 2010 - Dori Media Group ("DMG" or "the Company"), the international media company active in the field of television and new media, with a focus on production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Drama and Telenovela, would like to disclose the following share dealings by directors.

 

On 31 August 2010, Tamar Mozes Investments Ltd. ("TMI") acquired 2,165 ordinary shares of 0.1NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 73p per share. This current dealing takes TMI's direct and indirect holding in DMG to 83,857 Ordinary Shares, or 0.31% of the issued share capital.

 

As a result of her interest in TMI, and in Mapal Communications Ltd, a company which also holds shares in DMG, Ms. Tamar Mozes Borovitz, Chairman of the Company, now has an indirect interest of 5,876,900 Ordinary Shares or 21.46% of DMG's issued share capital respectively.

Ginx is localized and broadcasted to Turkey as well. Novebox operates an ad-based VOD and SVOD commercial internet site targeted at the Hispanic and Latin American audience offering a variety of shows and movies.
