Tax is payable on 31st January. I've had to sell some shares myself to raise the funds to pay my liabilities, and with the salaries these directors are on, there will almost certainly be higher rate tax to pay which isn't taken into account using the PAYE tax code. A number of companies are reporting director sells at the moment and I wouldn't mind betting that most of them are to cover tax liabilities. Certainly, and FWIW, I'm not remotely concerned.

very much doubt sells,more like delayed trades from previous 5 days or maybe crosses as some funds want income some don't.Wait till later for some upwards action.

Wouldn't be so sure.

Bid holding up extremely impressively if they (and yesterdays) are. It is non-sets action by funds.

Worth waiting and seeing, let the twend be your fwend etc etc.
