02/10/2007 11:22 | Well the MM have taken another 30k on board, as another punter has got impatient, and can't wait for the re-rating to come. This prospective pe ratio rating of 6.75 or even lower for a growth stock is looking very silly to me, a re-rating must come as sure as day follows night. Not if but when !!! This share price has to be worth a fair value of 22.5p | guru11
01/10/2007 21:21 | jl - that appears to be strange, unless they are trying to keep the price down and buy stock on the cheap for when it does rise. | guru11
01/10/2007 16:20 | Well seems MM have stock 1 bid 4 offer. | just looking
01/10/2007 16:18 | Another 50k bought on top of the nearly 50k this morning. If the MM start to run short then thats when they will have to lift the lid off the price. The price is slightly lower than 6 months ago, but the fundamentals are now much stronger, or in other words the stock now looks cheaper in real terms to what it was then. It is crying out for a re-rating whether it come sooner or later it will surely come! | guru11
01/10/2007 15:51 | just gave a buy rec epic only only with 9 others | just looking
01/10/2007 15:44 | jl - think some people are getting impatient, but you have to ask yourself - if they are not selling cause they need the money for some reason - is the grass actually greener elsewhere. I missed out on QXL cause I came out too quick. Out of the frying pan into the fire trading for some people. What other stock is so stronger on fundamentals. Does anyone know what it actually said in the IC last week please? | guru11
01/10/2007 10:49 | Pump and dump idiots at woork Guru would rather wait thn have them in this stock. | just looking
01/10/2007 10:42 | Looks like someone recognises value - with a buy of nearly 50k today. It is not if these will move, but just a question of when. It is quite silly really that we have stocks on the fast movers board, with quite poor records and a little bit of news they are up 30%, and DMP now is establising a really good track record and after the interim results they have not moved at all. No logic at present, but it will prevail longer term, as these become even better value. | guru11
29/9/2007 21:34 | I didn't see the IC yesterday as it was shrinked wrapped in Smiths. I suspect though that the write up was a bit muted, and that in about 4 to 6 weeks time they will recommend the stock in a half page write up in their recommendations of smaller stocks. At worse we will have to wait until full years results when I suspect that the second half will be just as good as the first half - if not better - and with a pe of 6.25 to 6.75 it should then really get noticed. But in the end if the record continues value always re-rates a share price, one just have to wait for it to come. | 1ch
29/9/2007 10:57 | Maybe the IC is losing their powers or maybe there a lot of cautious readers who are not buyers. Axi a 7p stock was also tipped yesterday in the IC and that generated just 60k in volume, desperate times for the IC. As you say patience here with DMP, when it goes blue i would expect a mini rush for the stock. | dangerous brian
29/9/2007 10:14 | Sharescope tells me there was a buy rec in the IC yesterday. I thought that just brought a 10k sell (rather than a buy) in yesterday's trades. Patience everyone. | aa29
29/9/2007 08:36 | I was unable to see the IC yesterday as in Smiths it was shrinked wrapped. More than likely they are saving DMP for a full half page write up recommendation. I must say I was surprised that the share price stayed the same yesterday with only one buy of 10k, and that it has not moved at all last week. In saying that though, I strongly believe it is only a matter of time before it does move. NOT IF BUT WHEN !!! | 1ch
27/9/2007 15:15 | Previous post duplicated. My mistake | 1ch
27/9/2007 15:15 | That is strange I can't view posts 398 to 400, maybe it was some 'nuthead' being funny, and advfn.com in their wisdom removed the posts! | 1ch
27/9/2007 09:57 | Unfortunately I am out all day tomorrow, however it will give me chance to read the IC in WHSmiths. If it did get a mention in Shares today there has been no reaction. I believe that all good things come to those who wait, and the question is - Tell me a better share on fundamentals, growth, and management ability than DMP? I hope to be a long term holder of this, with the expection of the price catching up to true value, and true value I think is much higher than today's price on a prospective pe of 6.75. | 1ch
26/9/2007 15:33 | Maybe there will be something in the Shares Rag. tomorrow - they could have an effect. If not then if there is a mention in the IC, it is sure to have a 'buy' recommendation at the end of it. But sometimes the market is not logical - one share can lower losses and rise 50% and another like DMP is already on a prospective pe of 6.75 and no one takes much notice, as the price just stays the same. One negative factor may be the chairman holding 80%, but then value is value. It was said on the TV today that one program got fined £2 million pounds as the competition winners were already decided before the phone lines had closed, and they took a massive £20 million in dodgy premium rate phone calls. The moral of the story is - there are a lot of mugs out there, which if DMP uses premium rate phone lines could make us all very rich. | 1ch
26/9/2007 15:06 | Hope Friday brings some volume. | just looking
25/9/2007 14:20 | Prospective pe ratio is now 6.75 18p at the end of the week after the IC comment for a forward pe of just 8. the price really should be on a pe of 10 for 22.25p though. It is an unloved stock at present, with an excellent track record. 24p this time next year, assuming a 33% rise in profits and still only on a pe of 8. on a pe of 10 this would reach 30p. This could go a lot higher than this if the herd come in, why? cause over 91% is in fixed hands, with the chairman owning 80%. It is a growth stock after all, so the rating should be 15, so what price then. If one is going to buy - my advice is buy before Friday. | 1ch
25/9/2007 10:53 | Now then, this one looks of interest. £2.5m pre-tax for the interims, making around 4.5-5m for the year potentially, which would be a rise of about 60%. Growing company and looks very cheap at the moment. On the negative side, chart looks rubbish and there is debt (although it does seem managable). Any share price forecasts for the future. Not in this one at the moment although probably will be soon. | paulcaine2003a
25/9/2007 10:09 | jl - where are you based then. I am in West London, but occasionally go into the centre of London, and also know the M4 well having lived in Reading where we still go, and Swindon where I original come from. My finances at present between what one would call inbetween jobs (rather than unemployed) could do with a boost, and I am hopeful with DMP that they - over time - may rise steadily. I believe at present they are lagging behind true value and that if the record continues as we appear to have wise management in place that we can look forward - with some tipping from the IC and others - a higher share price. jl - did you hear about the BBC competitions and how many punters were phoning in - unknowingly - after lines had closed - the value of phone calls was £20m If DMP operate 090 numbers and there are that many fools out there, then DMP could do very well. Some people on these tv quiz programs are phoning up to 6 times x 75p to try to win £1,000. They would stand more chance putting a pound on the lottery. One tv program in one evening I think it said had was it 300,000 or 400,000 callers. It is big business. I don't know the corelation between this if any than with DMP, but I believe that they do use 090 numbers. | 1ch
24/9/2007 20:59 | lol shaken but not stirred for me. | just looking
24/9/2007 20:42 | You can read the IC like a book. They have already recommended them about 6 months ago, when they wrote up a number of stocks. I am sure that with the results we have just seen they will recommend them again. I owe you a drink if they don't. | 1ch |
