    Dipford Group plc ("Dipford" or the "Company")

    Administrators appointed to Dipford Group plc 
    
Dipford today announces that on 30 June 2008, David Whitehouse and Phil Duffy, partners from MCR (formally Menzies Corporate Restructuring),
were appointed as administrators to Dipford by Dipford's secured lenders. Dipford, an AIM-listed company, acts as an agent for vendors of
small and medium sized businesses throughout the UK across a wide range of sectors. Formed in 2001, the company employed 58 staff and its
head office is in Honley, Huddersfield.
    
MCR is continuing to trade the business on a limited basis whilst it reviews its options and seeks a purchaser for the business. The Company
has been advised that MCR's appointment does not affect Dipford's subsidiary Bruce & Co, Edinburgh-based agents in the sale of licensed,
retail and care businesses, which is a separate legal entity and continues as a profitable enterprise.

    Shares in Dipford were suspended on 6 June 2008 pending clarification of the Company's financial position.
