VASC to Begin Offering IPN's VoIP Solutions to Vietnam

shipping its first VoIP system to VASC Software and Media Company to begin
offering IPN's VoIP solutions to the consumer and business users throughout
Vietnam.

VASC Software and Media Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vietnam Post
and Telecommunications (VNPT).  VNPT is the largest state-owned company in
Vietnam with revenue in excess of USD $1.6 billion.  The company operates the
