IRVINE, Calif., April 15  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IPN Communications, a
majority-owned subsidiary of DataLogic International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
DLGI; Berlin, Frankfurt: 779612), today announced that it has signed an
exclusive distribution agreement with Unitel Ltd. to provide its VoIP solutions
to regions in the Middle East.

Under the terms of the agreement, Unitel agrees to initially purchase 3,000
IP-Phones, licenses and 11 servers with each server capable of supporting up to
2,000 subscribers.  In exchange for an initial purchase order of $250,000, IPN
has granted Unitel exclusive distribution rights to six countries in the Middle
East region.
