IPN Communications to Add VoIP Telephone Adapters to Its Product

IRVINE, Calif., April 29  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IPN Communications, a
majority-owned subsidiary of DataLogic International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
DLGI; Berlin, Frankfurt Stock Exchange: 779612), today announced that it will
begin marketing its VoIP Telephone Adapter as a new product item.

The adapter is a portable compact network device that allows the users to make
and receive VoIP calls using conventional analog phones.  This device gives the
consumers another option to take advantage of IPN's low cost VoIP service while
leveraging the use of their existing equipment.  It will also address the
demands placed by consumers for VoIP calls using cordless phones. The adapter
will be available for general distribution in mid May.
