IPN Communications' VoIP Solutions Pass VASC Acceptance Tests for
Vietnam Deployment

solutions have passed VASC acceptance tests for Vietnam deployment.

VASC Software and Media Company is a subsidiary of Vietnam Post and
Telecommunications, the largest state-owned company in Vietnam.  VASC had been
testing IPN's VoIP solutions for the general consumer use for the past two
months.  The test results were excellent and both parties have move into the
contract negotiation and deployment planning phases.
