IPN Communications Signs Exclusive Agreement With IPspeak.net for
Distribution of VoIP Products in the UK 


IRVINE, Calif., May 7  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IPN Communications, a
majority-owned subsidiary of DataLogic International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
DLGI; Berlin, Frankfurt Stock Exchange: 779612), today announced that it has
signed an exclusive distributor agreement with a new partner for sales and
marketing of VoIP phones and servers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Later this month, IPspeak.net will be launched, which will for the first time
bring to the UK the full benefits of VoIP in a wholly integrated package.
IPspeak.net will offer free IP calls, cheaper calls to landline or mobile
worldwide, unique phone numbers, directory services and many other features.

Under the terms of the agreement IPspeak.net, a UK based company, will serve as
IPN's exclusive distributor to provide the UK and Ireland with sales, marketing
and first level support for IPN's VoIP products and services.  IPN had shipped
more than 2,000 phones this month to IPspeak.net to fulfill the initial
purchase order.

If successful, IPspeak.net will expand its distribution regions into other
European markets, initially Germany and France.
