IRVINE, Calif., April. 22  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DataLogic International,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DLGI; Berlin, Frankfurt: 779612), today announced
that its president, Keith Nguyen, will initiate personal purchase of the
Company's stock due to the recent price pullback.

"We have numerous positive things going for this year that are direct results
of our diligent effort from the prior year and the first quarter of this year. 
We expect this to translate into positive income starting in Q1 of this year,
which we plan to report in the first week of May.  We are currently working
