DataLogic Signs Services Agreement for 25 N.Y.C. Hospitals Worth Up to $3 Million IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DataLogic International, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: DLGI, Berlin Stock Exchange: 779612) today announced that it has signed a non-exclusive preferred-vendor technical services agreement with the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) covering 25 New York City area hospitals. The services agreement allows DataLogic to be one of the selected few vendors to provide a number of technical services including operating system, mainframe/client-server/LAN Personal Computer applications, Enterprise/Proprietary software system support, analysis design, development, and other specialized technical services as may be necessary for twenty five hospital facilities within different boroughs of New York City. The HHC has estimated a maximum contract cost of three million dollars for the next three years. "This is another multi-year contract win for DataLogic," commented Keith Nguyen, President of DataLogic. "Our governmental contracts have provided us with increasing stream of revenues that is expected to exceed $10,000,000 annually.
