DataLogic International to Report Record Sales and Profits for Q4 2003
IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DataLogic International, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: DLGI; Berlin Stock Exchange: 779612) today announced
preliminary results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2003.
The Company's net revenues for the three months ended December 31, 2003 is
expected to be approximately $3M with the overall revenues for fiscal 2003 to
exceed $10M. The Company expects to report a net profit of approximately
$350,000, an increase of over 200% from its previous quarter. The increase in
revenues was due to steady core business growth and strong VoIP sales. The
increase in net profits was primarily due to the VoIP margins.

continue to grow our core business but with a much larger emphasis toward the
expansion of the VoIP and wireless components. We firmly believe that this
