DataLogic International Receives Over $1,000,000 in New Business
Public Safety and School Agencies choose DataLogic to provide technology and
video solutions 


IRVINE, Calif., June 2  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DataLogic International,
Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: DLGI; Berlin, Frankfurt Stock Exchange: 779612) a
provider of consulting services and communication solutions including VoIP, GPS
based mobile asset tracking, and secured mobile communications, today announced
that its wholly-owned subsidiary DataLogic New Mexico has received orders with
combined value in excess of $1,000,000 from public safety and school district
agencies to provide technology, video communications, video learning and
conferencing solutions.

The orders, to be implemented over the balance of 2005, involve the design,
installation, training and maintenance of technology and video communication,
learning and conferencing solutions across various facilities.

to acquire ISS Solutions, LLC (now DataLogic New Mexico, Inc.).  The
relationships and dedication of our team at DataLogic New Mexico were

DataLogic completed the acquisition of IS Solutions, LLC in the first quarter
of 2005, through a newly formed, wholly-owned subsidiary, DataLogic New Mexico,
Inc. Structured as a purchase of assets, DataLogic New Mexico, Inc. purchased
selected assets of ISS, including customer contracts, customer lists, property,
and equipment. Tony Grundler, managing member of ISS, became President of
DataLogic New Mexico.
