DataLogic International Announces Shareholder Meeting and
Preliminary Results for Q2 2004 


IRVINE, Calif., June 30  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DataLogic International,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DLGI; Berlin, Frankfurt Stock Exchange: 779612),
today announced the schedule for its annual meeting and preliminary results for
Q2 2004.

The company plans to hold its annual shareholder meeting at the end of
September in Irvine, CA.  All shareholders will be notified of the exact date
and location of the meeting via mail sometime next month.

Based upon preliminary analysis, the Company's net revenue for the three months
ending June 30, 2004 is expected to be approximately $4.5M.  The Company
expects to report a net profit of approximately $500,000, as compared to
$479,532 for the previous quarter this year and a loss of $731,806 for the same
quarter last year.  Actual results will be announced by the end of July or
early August.

"We continue to experience growth in all three of our core businesses," said
Keith Nguyen, DataLogic's President.  "The demand for our VoIP solutions
remains strong.  Our M2M sales have also improved, which revenues will be
recognized in Q3.  We are ahead of last quarter's sale projections by 11% and
expect to outperform the first half of 2004's projection by 10% overall. Based
on our existing and anticipated sales, we are confident that we will be able to
meet or exceed the originally projected sales goal of $20M for this year,"
