Digital Marketing Group ("DIGI" or the "Company") 
Directors Dealings/Issue of equity 
 
On 18 December Digital Marketing Group allotted 4,810,060 shares to Ben Langdon, 
CEO, relating to the exercise of performance linked options. 
 
 
Application has been made for the issue of these 4,810,060 Ordinary Shares in 
the Company. It is anticipated that the shares will be admitted to trading on 
AIM on 30 December 2009. 
 
The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this issue of 
shares of will be 72,188,580. 
 
 
On 18 December Ben Langdon sold 2,327,563 shares at 43 pence per share in the 
Company in order to settle the tax liability incurred immediately following the 
award above. 
 
Following the award and sale of shares Ben Langdon's shareholding has increased 
from from 1,008,772 to 3,491,266 ordinary shares representing 4.8% of the 
enlarged share capital.
