On 5 July Digital Marketing Group allotted 2,640 ordinary shares of 5p each 
relating to the exercise of employee share options. 
 
Application has been made for the issue of these Ordinary Shares in the Company. 
It is anticipated that the shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 15 July 
2010.
