DICOM Group plc: PDMR Shareholding

Basingstoke, 18 February 2008 - DICOM Group plc (LSE: DCM or DCM.L), a global
leader of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, today announces that on 18
February it granted ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of DICOM Group
under the recently approved Long Term Incentive Plan scheme to the Executive
Management Team.
