DICOM Group plc (LSE:DCM or DCM.L), a leading provider of
Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, today announced the
appointment of Bradford Weller as the company’s
general counsel, executive vice president of legal affairs, and
corporate secretary. Weller will be responsible for managing all of the
company’s legal affairs, overseeing the work
of all in-house attorneys and external law firms, and ensuring the use
of best practices in the company’s corporate
governance.
“Brad has a demonstrated track record of
success as an attorney and as a general counsel in publicly held
technology companies,” said Reynolds C. Bish,

confident he will bring a wealth of experience and value to DICOM, and I

Prior to joining DICOM, Mr. Weller was most recently general counsel for
St. Bernard Software, a NASDAQ-listed provider of security appliances
and hosted solutions. Prior to this, he was general counsel, vice
president of legal affairs, and corporate secretary at Captiva Software
Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed provider of input management solutions
prior to its acquisition by EMC. Mr. Weller’s
experience also includes having worked as general counsel within the
telecommunications industry at Wireless Facilities, and at Mosaix, a
provider of workflow and call management solutions prior to its
acquisition by Lucent Technologies.
