HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT 
 
As previously announced to the market, DiamonEx Limited's (DiamonEx) 
wholly owned subsidiary, Diamonex Botswana Limited (DBL) has been 
placed under Judicial Management pursuant to orders granted by the 
High Court of Botswana. 
 
DiamonEx securities have been suspended since 27 January 2009.  As 
announced to the ASX on 20 March 2009, DiamonEx is in the process of 
completing a sale of a majority interest in DBL to effect a 
restructure of the company (Transaction). 
As a result of the uncertainty created by the appointment of a 
Judicial Manager and the Transaction, DiamonEx has not been in a 
position to release audited half yearly accounts. 
 
It is the company's intention to release updated audited accounts for 
the period of 1 July 2008 to 31 December 2008 as soon as that 
information is available and has been audited.  DiamonEx is aware 
that the latest this can happen is at the time that it seeks a 
lifting of the suspension of trading in its shares.
