 shares of 28 101/108 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and other recognized investment 
 exchanges from Merrill Lynch International as follows. Such purchase was effected pursuant 
 to instructions issued by Diageo on 11 October 2023, as announced on 12 October 2023:
