Posted at 06/1/2012 11:21 by tara7 Investors here might like the look of PFO listed on AIM.In effect plans for a delisting put on hold, looks like new exchange rules in India could prove the way for a paper bid from PFO India. That bid in my mind could not be under the last price paid [35p], and could be way higher. PFO [uk] stock trades at 19.5p on a pe of around just one.!! |
Posted at 19/12/2011 21:40 by hugepants Now at 10% of the 150p float price in July 2007. That's quite an achievement considering the original investors were told the target was a 20% annual return! The first investment: Commenting on Dhir India's maiden investment, Alok Dhir of Dhir India commented: "This investment is our first since listing on AIM in July and represents the management's first opportunity to validate its strategy for creating value. We believe strongly that the JMEL assets are attractive, well located and we expect to extract significant value from the project over a 12 to 15 month period." |

It is unaware of any reason for the share price movement and notes that the shares trade at a steep discount to Net Asset Value. The Directors are in negotiations to conclude two transactions which will materially increase funds under management and which, if concluded, will be executed at a price materially in excess of the current share price. The Directors will keep investors informed of developments. For further information contact: |
Posted at 17/11/2011 14:36 by zangdook btw I have 0 shares here, since no-one was able to answer the questions I had in July and October. Normally if investors have any sort of confidence in or understanding of a company someone will pop up and answer questions like that. |
Posted at 07/11/2011 13:02 by daytraders Yeh agree, its just off the radar of 99.9% of investors, its the end game that matters. |
Posted at 23/10/2011 23:09 by envirovision It is all a bit weird, we could certainly do with some activist investors imo |
Posted at 06/9/2011 21:18 by borchardt Market conditions keeping share price low with investors too cautious/lazy to realise how much value there is in this share.Currently well offered but things will change especially when further news is available on proceeds from Project Cygnet. £10 notes for £5 with 12-18 month timescale really suits my appetite in these markets. |
Posted at 11/1/2011 08:50 by daytraders ok all i can find is this but that looks like the story i seen on news early hours of the morning,2 hours ago Police in Bangladesh used tear gas and water canons to disperse angry protests by crowds of small investors after a dramatic free-fall plunge on the countrys stock market caused the authorities to suspend trading. Hundreds of outraged investors took to the streets outside the stock exchange in the Motijheel neighbourhood of the nations capital after the worst plunge in the countrys history.. |
Posted at 11/1/2011 08:36 by daytraders no sorry i dont, was on bbc24 after midnight, might not have anything to do with the share price drop here thou, but mentioning india stock market just triggered something in my mind, think they talked about where the market had gone up really quick and all the big boys were getting out and causing share prices to fall alot, so the little indian investors were all protesting in the streets, i will try and find something on it thou, mind you share price already up 12% here. |
