                              Director Shareholding 
Develica Deutschland Limited (the "Company"), the AIM-listed German property 
investment company, today announces that on 7 April 2010; 
Grant Tromans a director of the Company, acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares in 
the Company of  EUR0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at EUR0.024 per Ordinary Share for 
a total consideration of EUR48,000. As a result of this latest purchase Mr Tromans 
now owns a total of 12,540,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 5.02% of the 
Company's issued share capital. 
John Hallam, a director of the Company, acquired 900,000 ordinary shares in the 
Company of  EUR0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at EUR0.025 per Ordinary Share for a 
total consideration of EUR22,500. As a result of this latest purchase Mr Hallam 
now owns a total of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.8% of the 
Company's issued share capital. 
Develica Deutschland Management Limited ("DDML"), the Manager to the Company, 
acquired 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company of  EUR0.01 each ("Ordinary 
Shares") at EUR0.0275 per Ordinary Share for a total consideration of EUR6,875. As a 
result of this latest purchase DDML now owns a total of 32,425,000 Ordinary 
Shares, equivalent to 12.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
