Think you may be getting a little ahead of yourself on valuation. They said they would be minded to offer at least 8p. Wouldn't expect too much generosity above that in current markets.

Bones, agree with you as the current managment probably see a lot more value than 15p!


Vince, 15p is what I picked up from the announcements. It is not something i have made up! I am not suggesting that they are worth more or less than 15p - only the purchasers will decide what they are worth!

Quite. If the bid doesn't happen that could be interpreted as a good thing could it not? i.e. the company thinks 15p is way too cheap.

I've been sitting on this for quite some time now - the holding RNS's gave it away. The insti's know/suspect something IMO.

vince, reading all the announcements looks like between 8p and 15p however even at 15p the board was not prepared to talk so who knows!

There was an RNS back in February advising that Prostar ( i think) have until 5pm tomorrow to make a formal offer for the company - or back off for 6 months (I should check all the info on the old RNS's - i'm going from memory!)
