                                PRODUCT UPDATE                                 

The Directors of DermaSalve are pleased to announce that Healthy and Essential
Limited ("H&E"), the Group's distributor of Omega 3 products, has achieved a
listing for its main morEPA fish oil brand in over 120 Waitrose stores
commencing in January 2008.

The Directors expect that this will make a material impact on both the turnover
and profitability of H&E, which achieved an unaudited turnover of £1.41m in the
year ended 31 August 2007.

Dr Mark Randle, Chief Executive Officer, said: "We are pleased to have gained
distribution in a major UK retailer, substantially increasing our market reach
for what we believe to be the leading premium Omega 3 fish oil supplement."

Background on H&E

H&E was acquired by DermaSalve in August 2006 and is a specialist distributor
of Omega-3 products, specifically fish and flax seed oils. The products are
aimed at the UK and Ireland markets.

H&E supplies products to over 320 outlets including Harrods, Selfridges and the
NutriCentre (part of the Tesco Group).
